·         Social media is a wonderful tool to add to your marketing tool box - it isn't the be all end all but it is a must-have vehicle to be connected to your customers
  • Social media is two-way - just like your ears and mouth - you have two ears and one mouth - spend twice as much time listening as you do talking
  • Us Media Radio on Blog Talk Radio has been a wonderful and easy to use vehicle to add even more content and exposure for my company
  • Blogging is a fantastic way to offer advice and opinions and ask for dialogue on a particular topic, mine is on building customer relationships at Make or Break
  • Promoting my online presence is a constant task - in your email signature, face-to-face conversations, via social media etc. It is a commitment and a demanding mistress but one that brings great benefits in a variety of formats,
